Smear your feet with corn starch every night!

All you need to do is get some corn starch, put it in a bowl and mix with little water. Heat this on the oven until it thickens but not more than 5 minutes. Allow it to cool then smear it round the soles of your feet. Leave it on for like 5 minutes before you wash off. Do this daily for at least two weeks but if your own foot smell ( athlete’s foot) is worse than ogiri, then do this regiment daily for 1 month.
Avoid wearing moist shoes
The key is to remember that a warm, moist, environment attracts fungi and bacteria. Go barefoot when you’re not in a moist environment, and if possible when going out wear sandals or open-toed shoes. If you stay in a water clogged area like some parts of Lagos and Abuja, get rubber shoes. This may be difficult to follow when the rains come but try your best. The moment you get home, wash your feet with antiseptic and warm water and then dry.
