Body of Doctor who jumped into the Lagoon finally recovered

While more people have tried to kill themselves, the remains of the medical doctor that committed suicide by jumping into the Lagoon off the 3rd Mainland Bridge on Sunday, March 19th has been recovered. The victim identified as Dr. Allwell Orji was a doctor at the popular Mount Sinai Hospital. His remains were recovered around 4p.m. on Wednesday by the Marine Police and the search as been declared closed.


9 deaths and rare cancer associated with breast implants discovered in the U.S

The US Food and Drug Administration confirmed that nine deaths have been reported stemming from a rare cancer that is associated with breast implants. The extremely rare cancer is called anaplastic large cells and it can be found in the skin or lymph nodes. Ladies, beware! Big bress is not by force!


4 dead, 20 injured in terrorist attack outside UK parliament

Four people including a police officer have been confirmed dead in a suspected terrorist attack outside the British Parliament. 20 people have been injured including three police officers who were returning from a commendation ceremony. The terrorist was shot but he is being revived to answer some questions.



History made as Ghanaian becomes first female Neurosurgeon at John Hopkins University

A Ghanaian by name Nancy Abu Bonsrah has made history in the United States by becoming the first black female resident to be accepted at John Hopkins School of Medicine. The last time this miracle happened was 30 years. The prestigious program accepts just two to five residents, and is ranked second in the country. Congrats girl! God pass dem!



Nigerian soldier emerges best graduating student in Uganda

A Nigerian soldier, Sgt. Jamilu Hassan, has emerged the best student of the Department of Information and Technology at the International University of East Africa (IUEA),Kampala, Uganda. The 32- year-old Hassan graduated with First Class degree after scoring 4.97/5.00 CGPA. Way to go, bro!
